Prescribing of Mounjaro

It has recently been announced that Mounjaro will be prescribed for weight loss in the future by Primary Care.

The Northamptonshire ICB have released guidance around the prescribing of Mounjaro for weight loss by Primary Care including a timeline, prescribing criteria and advice to not contact your GP for this at this time as we are unable to begin prescribing Mounjaro for weight loss until it has been authorised by NHS England.
